Urban Land Development

The conversion of raw land into a functional structure, especially in an urban area, can spread out into a long and arduous process.

After clearing the land of all its unwanted plantations, we start the land leveling process with bulldozers and excavators which are used to make the land more stable for construction. Then, provision is made for drainage and canals before the setting up of fences. We wrap up the development process with highway engineering where the planning, building and maintenance of roads, bridges or tunnels are done.

Adding Market Value to Your Land

Improving the state of an unused plot of land increases its market value.

By adding roads, fences, outdoor lighting and/or parking facilities on a developed plot of land, its value inevitably increases because it is more functional and accessible for people and vehicles.

Land amelioration involves permanent improvements, such as draining, dredging, excavating, filling, grading and paving. Since land improvements have limited life, its value can depreciate over the years, but, as land itself is assumed to last indefinitely, it will not be depreciated.
